Downtown Greenville History tour

Conducted by

Dr. T. Lloyd Benson

Thursday

Greenville History Tour
Thursday 25 October, 2-4 PM
$15

Stolen statues, drunken novelists, dueling editors, clandestine medical experiments, turkeys herded through the streets like livestock, scandalous trials -- downtown Greenville has seen it all. This two-hour walking tour will explore the city's past from Cherokee crossroads to global village, situating the quirky and fun facts of the local community into the larger story of the American and global history.
