The Women Chemists' Luncheon will be held at noon on Thursday, October 25th in the Teal Room at the Hyatt Regency. We are pleased to announce that Dr. Marge Cavanaugh will be our speaker.

Dr. Cavanaugh has worked at NSF in a variety of roles through the years and currently is the Deputy Assistant Director for Geosciences. In addition to her work with NSF, she has chaired the ACS Committee on Ethics since its inception in 2005.

In addition to speaking with us at the luncheon she will also be participating in the Thursday afternoon ethics panel entitled "Science and Ethics: Current Issues and Future Directions". We hope you will be able to join us for lunch on Thursday.
